Original Description:
SWAT team member Dee (Jackie Cheung) is forced to go into action beyond the call of duty when his drunken father (Ng Man-tat) falls foul of local triad chief Ngan Wan. Ngan is determined to dispose of Dee, despite the fact that his own daughter (Sammy Cheng) is in love with him. Dee is forced to fight for his life, and finally realises how much his father really loves him.
This was one of Sammy Cheng's first movies. Back then she was a little plump, which I find ironic, because this is the sixth Sammy Cheng movie I've seen, and the first one I ever saw was Love on a Diet, in which she wore thick fat-body make-up to make her look obese.
Best of the Best was a good movie, but I didn't like the ending; the ending was too tragic.
